Other information:

Arkansas State board license. BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy. Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable. Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I. CPR certification required, but can be completed upon hire. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
