Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based | Kingston, NH | Full-Time | 2026-27 School Year Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based pediatric position in Plaistow, NH. This is a full-time. This roles is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience. 2026-27 PT Responsibilities Depending on licensure and role, responsibilities may include: Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K-12) Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams Physical Therapists (PTs) may also conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, contribute to IEP development, make clinical recommendations, and provide supervision to PTAs as appropriate. Qualifications - PT Physical Therapist (PT): Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Work with Boothby Therapy Services?
