You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, working Monday through Friday with hours that can be adjusted to your needs, enhancing work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions, identifying their unique needs and establishing evidence-based treatment plans. Utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, incorporating a blend of exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and state-of-the-art equipment to relieve pain and restore mobility. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that are flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of patients as they progress towards their therapeutic goals. Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, outcomes, and necessary modifications to ensure optimal recovery. Engage with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and training on the use of assistive devices, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and practices through continuing education opportunities, such as workshops and professional networking, to maintain a high standard of care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including children and adults experiencing acute injuries, chronic pain syndromes, orthopedic conditions, and post-operative recovery. Each team member plays a crucial role in empowering patients by promoting strength, mobility, and independence tailored to their unique recovery journey. Qualifications A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements to practice in New Jersey. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in computer applications and documentation practices relevant to patient care. Exceptional adaptability, able to manage the dynamic nature of outpatient therapy settings. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or related setting. Prior experience with specialized treatment methodologies or rehabilitation programs is advantageous, although we are open to new graduates who show promise and a commitment to learning. Compensation and Benefits The position offers an attractive salary of
USD 100,000
