You will perform comprehensive evaluations, identify the factors limiting movement and function, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients make measurable progress toward their goals. Your Physical Therapy caseload may include: Orthopedic injuries Sports-related conditions Post-operative rehabilitation Neurological conditions Balance and fall-prevention needs Strength and mobility limitations Functional movement impairments Patients working to return to their careers, sports, hobbies, and daily activities You will use evidence-based treatment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and thoughtful progression to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome. What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Identify movement impairments, functional limitations, and patient goals Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Progress treatment based on patient response and measurable outcomes Educate patients about recovery, movement, and injury prevention Build strong relationships that encourage trust and engagement Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans when needed Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals Create an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge Help patients restore function and return to the activities that matter most Mentorship for New Graduate Physical Therapists Your first Physical Therapy position should help you become a confident, capable clinician.
