Duties Assess patients' physical conditions by conducting comprehensive evaluations of their movement, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, goals, and medical history. Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and mobility. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes. Manage clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards, including detailed progress notes, discharge planning documentation, and treatment summaries. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings. Conduct discharge planning by evaluating patient progress and recommending appropriate follow-up services or community resources. Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, pediatrics, and related medical terminology. Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, or home health environments. Strong ability to develop effective treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals. Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) systems and adhering to clinical documentation standards. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate diverse patient populations. Experience working with geriatric patients and providing outpatient rehabilitation services for various musculoskeletal or neurological conditions. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and working collaboratively with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
