Kids Choice Pediatric Rehab & Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our growing team! This position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and the opportunity to provide pediatric physical therapy services to children from birth through five years of age through our early intervention and community-based programs, as well as outpatient services at our Boardman clinic. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, client-centered pediatric PT services. Evaluate gross motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Demonstrate knowledge of typical childhood development, including balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and movement patterns. Utilize creative treatment approaches and adapt activities to meet each child's needs. Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members. Report to the Director of Clinical Services Supervise PTAs as applicable. Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Experience with standardized assessments such as the PDMS-2 preferred. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. New graduates are welcome to apply! Must meet required background check and child abuse clearance requirements.
