Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation department, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. You will assess patients' physical abilities, set realistic goals, and use your expertise to help them achieve maximum independence and function. With your expertise, you will also educate patients and their families on how to perform exercises, use assistive devices, and adapt to their new abilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical abilities, strengths, and limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, transfer techniques, and use of assistive devices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
