9669395-43076 Job Description Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a skilled Physical Therapist providing direct services for a PreK-12 student population. This part-time position (2 days per week, onsite) offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse, close-knit school community. Youll support approximately 21 students with varying needs, collaborating with educators to foster growth and independence in students from early childhood through high school.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Previous PT experience in school settings or pediatric environments preferred Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families Commitment to supporting student success in an educational setting Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services to a caseload of 21 students from PreK through 12th grade Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each students goals Conduct thorough student evaluations and participate in IEP team meetings Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and family members to integrate therapy into students daily school routines Maintain clear, accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district policies Promote safe and accessible learning environments for all students Enjoy the benefits of a consistent, part-time schedule that blends meaningful work with work-life balance.
