Healthcare / Senior Living / Rehabilitation Services A well-established and respected therapy provider is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly regarded senior living community in the Tulsa area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide resident-centered care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a welcoming senior living environment.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing personalized care and helping older adults maintain their mobility, independence, and quality of life. In this role, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans while working closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to support positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with individualized care plans Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-focused rehab environment

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Experience in senior living, outpatient, or geriatric settings preferred but not required New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
