Pediatric Therapy Pay Range:
$79,500-$85,250 per year We're looking for an experienced Lead Physical Therapist who is passionate about pediatric care, clinical mentorship, and helping other therapists grow. This role provides the opportunity to serve as a clinical resource while working across pediatric settings, with remote work opportunities available based on team and clinical needs . What You'll Do Mentor and support Physical Therapists across a variety of pediatric settings. Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, problem-solving, documentation review, and patient outcomes. Provide direct pediatric physical therapy services across multiple environments. Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical standards and program development. Serve as a clinical role model while helping create a culture of professional growth and collaboration. Qualifications Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy license . 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings. Demonstrated clinical mentorship and strong communication skills. Strong clinical judgment and a team-oriented, solution-focused approach. Passion for helping both children and fellow clinicians thrive. Salary & Benefits $79,500-$85,250 annual salary Competitive lead stipend
