Full-Time & Part-Time Physical Therapists Location:
Green Ridge Village | Newville, PA Looking for a therapy position where you can build real relationships with your patients and have the support to provide thoughtful, individualized care? Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join our team at Green Ridge Village , a welcoming senior living community in Newville, PA. This is a great opportunity for PTs who enjoy working with older adults and want to help residents stay strong, confident, mobile, and independent. At Benchmark, our approach is patient-first and therapist-driven , giving our clinicians the opportunity to use their judgment, focus on meaningful goals, and provide care that truly makes a difference. You'll be part of a collaborative therapy team that values relationships, communication, and quality care. What You'll Do Provide individualized physical therapy services based on each resident's needs and goals Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Use your clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach Someone who values being part of a supportive and collaborative team Benefits & Perks Full-Time Medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits Paid time off with unlimited rollover 6 paid holidays 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 Supportive leadership and a collaborative therapy team
