We treat real people with real goals: getting back to running, lifting, working, playing sports, and keeping up with their kids. Our clinicians have the time, support, and equipment to treat patients well. Every PT works with a dedicated, highly trained tech, and you'll never see more than two patients per hour between the 2 of you. You'll also have access to Suji BFR, squat racks, Voltra cable machines, and focal shockwave. We're a collaborative team that likes sharing ideas and continuing to improve how we practice. The Role You'll manage a varied orthopedic and sports caseload, including post-op rehabilitation, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and return-to-sport. This is a good fit for a PT who likes to think through difficult cases, progressively load patients, collaborate with other clinicians, and have enough time with each patient to practice the way they were trained. What You'll Do Build individualized treatment plans patients understand and can follow Use exercise, progressive loading, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions to help patients reach meaningful goals Write clear, timely documentation Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and techs on patient care Participate in clinical discussion and case review Mentor PT and PTA students (optional) What We're Looking For DPT with an active Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical reasoning, exercise prescription, and manual therapy skills Excellent communication with patients of all ages Curiosity and a genuine interest in continued clinical growth New graduates are welcome OCS, orthopedic residency, sports residency, or advanced manual therapy training is a plus, but not required What We Offer $82,000 to $94,000, based on experience Flexible hours, no weekends Never more than 2 patients per hour 60-minute evaluations and 1:1 PT-to-tech support 14 days PTO + paid holidays Health insurance with employer contributions Dry needling certification reimbursement OCS mentorship and clinical growth opportunities Growth paths into clinical instruction and leadership How to Apply Send your resume and a few sentences about why orthopedic PT is your thing to .
