Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy required Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to develop strategies that enhance student access and participation Conduct assessments to determine students needs and progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and well-being Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding safe movement and adaptive techniques
