9606614-53546 Job Description Step into an engaging contract role supporting students growth and well-being in a school-based setting near Janesville, WI. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful difference, working 24 hours per week across 3-4 days from September 8th through May 28th. Youll serve a diverse group of 14 students, ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade, spread across four school sites. Your expertise in physical therapy will help empower students to reach their fullest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment appreciated Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams Comfort with initial assessments and ongoing evaluations Ability to adapt interventions to meet each students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services for K-12 students Complete initial evaluations and ongoing assessments as needed Create and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service professionals Travel between four nearby school sites according to the caseload Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs Offer guidance to staff on classroom modifications and assistive equipment This role offers a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance, with consistent hours over the school year.
