Designing Personal Recovery Paths:

You'll conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, translating complex clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care.

Delivering Hands-On Excellence:

Using evidence-based techniques, you will provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique physiological and emotional needs.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.
