What You'll Do Evaluate and treat clients using a highly individualized, evidence-informed approach Design and implement exercise programs tailored to each client's goals and presentation Apply skilled manual therapy as appropriate, not by default Integrate principles of pain science into patient care Build and grow your own caseload through community engagement, and relationship-building Identify and develop a niche population you are passionate about serving Deliver workshops and educational experiences that position you as an expert Collaborate with other providers and coaches to enhance outcomes Maintain clear, efficient, and outcome-driven documentation What We're Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), licensed (or eligible) in Wisconsin Dry Needling Certified or Trained Strong foundation in exercise prescription and orthopedic care Commitment to staying current with research and evolving best practices Confidence in clinical decision-making and adaptability in treatment High level of personal accountability and discipline Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust Interest in business development and community engagement Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus, but not required.
