The Position Part-time:

24-30 hours per week Year-round position Training provided Start date: October 15th, 2026 Training begins in October 1st In-person position in Sherborn, MA What You'll Do As a Rehabilitation Aide, you'll work under the direct supervision of our Physical Therapists and help with: performing routine tasks delegated by the therapist which may include performing exercises designated by the Physical Therapist.

Preparing treatment areas and equipment Keeping the clinic clean and organized Supporting patients throughout their visits You will also help at the front desk with: Greeting patients and answering phones Scheduling appointments Collecting copays and deductibles Verifying insurance eligibility and authorization requirements General administrative support Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, energetic, organized, and interested in learning. A background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biology, Athletic Training, or Physical Education is a plus, but not a requirement. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred. Comfort with Mac/Apple computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, scanning is helpful. Recent college graduates and students planning to attend PT school are especially encouraged to apply.

Conveniently located at the intersection of Routes 16 and 27 in Sherborn , serving Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Millis, Natick, Medway, Medfield, and Wellesley.
