Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and address patient questions or concerns. Experience Prior experience working inan outpatient clinic environment is highly preferred, especially within orthopedics, geriatrics, or post-acute care settings. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles is essential for success in this role. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required; additional certifications related to physiotherapy or medical assisting are a plus. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals while maintaining strict confidentiality enhances team collaboration.
