Job Overview Join our dynamic outpatient physical therapy team as a Physical Therapy Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and enhancing their rehabilitation experience. Duties Assist physical therapists with patient intake, setup, and post-treatment cleanup to ensure efficient therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and address patient questions or concerns. Experience Prior experience working inan outpatient clinic environment is highly preferred, especially within orthopedics, geriatrics, or post-acute care settings. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles is essential for success in this role. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required; additional certifications related to physiotherapy or medical assisting are a plus. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals while maintaining strict confidentiality enhances team collaboration. Previous experience supporting physiotherapy or rehabilitation teams in a clinical setting will help you excel in this energetic role dedicated to patient recovery.
