Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Chiropractic receptionist to join our team. This role includes a combination of administrative duties and direct patient care. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and a passion for helping others in a high volume healthcare setting. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Assist the chiropractor with patient therapies and rehabilitative treatments Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Verify insurance and collect co-pays Maintain a clean and organized front desk and treatment area Support patients through their care journey with empathy and professionalism Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
