Job Description

Motive Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants in Termecula/Hemet. We're a home health therapy staffing company built by clinicians who value patient care over volume. As a 1099 independent contractor with Motive, you'll get:

Per-visit pay — the more you see, the more you earn, no cap
Full control over your caseload and schedule
No W2 tax withholding
Support staff handling scheduling, billing, and admin EMR access so you're not chasing paperwork
Fast, reliable payment on a set schedule Responsibilities include completing home visits to patients in the community or assisted living facilities, evaluating functional status, strength, gait, and balance, and developing individualized treatment plans.
