Join Our Chiropractic Family as a Part-Time Office Assistant! Are you a cheerful, friendly, and health-minded individual looking for a rewarding part-time role? Our busy chiropractic office is searching for a new team member who shares our passion for wellness and provides excellent support to our patients. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping to create a positive and efficient environment. You'll work approximately 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday , enjoying consistent three-day weekends! What you'll do: Warmly greet patients and manage appointments Handle incoming calls with a pleasant and clear phone voice Process payments and maintain patient records Perform light office cleaning and general administrative tasks Utilize your computer skills for various office functions What we're looking for: A genuine interest in health and wellness Excellent customer service experience and a willingness to learn Strong computer skills A pleasant and clear phone voice Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required! While general office experience is a plus, no chiropractic office experience is necessary! We're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with us.
