The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. We are currently looking for a part time Physical Therapist Assistant two days per week (Tuesday/Thursday) for our outpatient clinic in Greenwood Village. Must be licensed in the State of Colorado. Potential for the Physical Therapist Assistant to move into a full time position as we are a growing company. We are also currently looking for PRN to Part Time Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient home health visits throughout the Denver Metro Area. Duties Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments in an EMR. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support effective treatment interventions. Demonstrates initiative and skills in planning and organizing. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required. Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices. Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred. Strong understanding of anatomy as it relates to rehabilitation practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, coworkers, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
