CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Thornton, Colorado . Located within the Center for Spine & Orthopedics, our clinic provides comprehensive orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our therapists work closely with physicians and clinical specialists to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Position Summary:

Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy services—including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs—designed to improve independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do:

Follow goal-driven treatment plans Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff Accurately document patient progress and outcomes Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience

What You Bring:

Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility within 6 months) Successfully completed accredited PTA program Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence Benefits of Joining the Team!
