Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your energetic and compassionate approach will help support patients on their journey to wellness. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, assist chiropractors with clinical tasks, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. this is a mobile position where there will be a lot of walking, standing and some sitting. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that promotes health, healing, and patient satisfaction. Duties Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage patient intake processes to gather essential health information Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including measuring vital signs, performing physiotherapies and recording medical histories Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each appointment Provide explanations of procedures, answer patient questions, and offer supportive care throughout visits Maintain accurate documentation using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to record patient progress Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance recovery Requirements Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is highly valued, but not necessary Some understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support clinical activities effectively is welcomed Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and foster trust with patients Ability to handle sensitive health information discreetly Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for record keeping and appointment management Join us in making a meaningful difference by supporting patients' health journeys!
