Founded in 2011 by a physical therapist, we've grown into a leading provider of therapy services in senior living communities — including assisted living and memory care centers — across Central IL. We're built on patient-centric care, continuous learning, and a genuinely supportive team. The role This is a PRN/part-time position at 10-20 hours per week, based at a single senior living community in Champaign County — no travel between facilities required.
Compensation:
$35
  • 38/hr based on experience.
Please note this is a PRN position and does not include benefits.

What you'll do Implement individualized treatment plans outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist. Bring compassion and empathy to every session, tailoring your approach to each patient's needs. Collaborate with family members, facility partners, and healthcare professionals to support patient well-being. Apply evidence-based practice to restore function, reduce symptoms, and prevent injury. Maintain accurate, timely documentation. Contribute your observations to the supervising PT's clinical decision-making. Uphold ethical and legal standards, including patient confidentiality, at all times. What you'll bring Active Illinois license as a Physical Therapy Assistant Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program Passion for working with older adults Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
