About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Therapy Technician to join our team. This role is essential in creating a safe, supportive, and positive therapy environment for our patients. The Therapy Instructor will play a key part in patient care, therapy execution, and maintaining the high standards of service our practice is known for. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and their loved ones into the therapy department. Adjust therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of each patient under the guidance of Dr. Weinman. Answer questions related to both in-home and in-office therapies. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming therapy environment. Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and being attentive during exercises. Set up and perform therapy treatments including decompression, shockwave, and laser therapy. Instruct patients on proper techniques for stretching and balance exercises. Foster trust and accountability while instilling hope and encouragement throughout patient programs. Report patient, treatment, or safety concerns promptly to management. Standards & Expectations Uphold the highest level of customer service and patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). Perform all duties with high energy, positivity, and professionalism. Remain adaptable, teachable, and committed to continuous improvement. Complete assigned training and company-specific projects as needed. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual needs. Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality. Willingness to cross-train and support other office functions as needed.
