Job Description

JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision of a physical therapist, provides physical therapy treatments to all ages to maximize patient function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions. PRN position but looking for fairly regular coverage 1 full day per week or 2 partial days pending availability in outpatient ortho setting. Additional hours available if willing to train for occasional inpatient assist.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills. Education Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program. License(s) or Certification(s) Valid physical therapist assistant license in the state of Indiana Other Skills or Requirements CPR certification
