Job Description

Administrative Assistant Weekly Bonus !! Stallings Chiropractic Owensboro, KY Candidate must have a positive, professional, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to help people. Must be reliable, able to work well in a team environment and able to multi-task. This is a walk-in facility and often a fast paced work place. Attention to detail is important.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, verifying demographics and insurance, scheduling appointments, receiving patient payments, completing referrals and authorizations, light cleaning and other administrative tasks as assigned. 3

Rotating Shifts:

Monday

Friday 1 hour lunch 7:45 am
5:00 pm 8:30 am
5:30 pm 9:00 am
6 pm (off every 3 Thursday) Saturday 7:45 am
12 noon (only every 3rd Saturday)

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
