• Full-Time Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing | Andover, MA $34
• 38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing.

Work alongside experienced therapy professionals while providing hands-on care that helps residents improve mobility, build strength, and work toward greater functional independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce exercises, safe movement techniques, and mobility strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $34
