Traveler Requirements:

Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings. Pre-assignment modules will be assigned and reimbursable at 1 lump sum. Cypress Health Partners Outpatient Pre-Screening form required with submission.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. Follow scheduled work hours and collaborate on schedule discussions during phone screens. Utilize Raintree EMR for documentation and patient record management. Meet productivity standards of 55-63 patients per week. Adhere to facility policies and complete pre-assignment modules.
