Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN Sharon, MA $35-$40/hour | PRN We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. This position offers the flexibility to work with residents on mobility, strength, balance, and functional goals while collaborating with an experienced rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, balance, and mobility activities Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising PT Observe resident performance and communicate relevant changes Reinforce safe mobility and therapeutic techniques Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation Work closely with other members of the care team What We Offer $35-$40/hour Flexible PRN schedule Collaborative rehabilitation setting Varied rehabilitation caseload Supportive clinical team Qualifications Active Massachusetts PTA license required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply If you're a PTA seeking a flexible opportunity to help residents improve mobility and function, we'd love to hear from you.
