Your Role as a Per Diem PTA As a PTA with TRU Healthcare, you'll provide hands-on care that helps patients regain confidence, mobility, and independence—all in the comfort of their own homes. Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT and care team. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe mobility, fall prevention, and appropriate use of assistive devices. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes. What You'll Bring Current, valid Minnesota PTA license . CPR/BLS certification. Previous home health and/or outpatient experience strongly preferred. Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro area . Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. A genuine desire to help patients live more independently. Compensation & Flexibility $60 for every completed patient visit. This is a per-diem, per-visit position , giving you the flexibility to take on visits that fit your schedule without committing to a traditional full-time caseload.
