Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to help oversee the daily operations of our clinic while supporting both patients and staff. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth clinic flow, supporting staff development, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the office. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare operations, confident in team work, comfortable working within an EHR system, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience. Schedule & Patient Flow Management Monitor daily schedules to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the office Guide front desk staff on rooming patients and initiating therapies strategically to prevent schedule bottlenecks Take an active role in schedule management to minimize no-shows and maximize provider efficiency Help maintain organized provider schedules while ensuring excellent patient service and timely care KPI Tracking & Operational Support Track and monitor office KPIs, including patient flow, no-show percentages, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance metrics Assist leadership in developing training initiatives based on KPI trends and clinic needs Support continuous improvement efforts through workflow optimization and accountability measures Clinical Support Assist chiropractors with patient intake and documentation Gather medical histories and explain procedures clearly and professionally to patients Measure and record vital signs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EHR system Ensure compliance with clinic procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards Qualifications Proven experience working in a healthcare setting Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively Prior experience in a leadership role Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude Preferred Skills Experience managing schedules and improving patient flow Understanding of healthcare office KPIs and operational metrics Ability to coach, train, and develop team members Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable working collaboratively with providers and administrative staff What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Meaningful role in improving patient care and clinic operations If you are a motivated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence and patient care, we encourage you to apply.
