Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions Observe, measure, and document patient progress and responses to treatment Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment Adhere to facility, state, and federal regulations and best practices Contribute to a positive, clinician-first culture and patient experience Required Skills Therapeutic exercise implementation Gait training and mobility assistance Manual therapy techniques within PTA scope Treatment planning support Patient assessment and progress monitoring Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Patient and family education Safety and fall prevention practices Interdisciplinary team collaboration Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment use and care
