West Plains and Mountain Grove, Missouri Physical Therapy Specialists Clinic is looking for a Missouri-licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our established outpatient rehabilitation team. We are not seeking candidates through a staffing agency. Physical Therapist Responsibilities -

Pay:

$35.00-$50.00 per hour Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy treatment Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Help patients achieve meaningful functional and recovery goals Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities -

Pay:

$35.00-$40.00 per hour Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Follow established plans of care and treatment goals Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition and progress Educate and encourage patients throughout their recovery Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with therapists and other members of the clinical team License Requirement Applicants must: Hold a current Missouri Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license through the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts; or Be eligible to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
