We operate as a PT/PTA practice that prioritizes meaningful, long-term and holistic patient relationships and value genuine teamwork, and consistent quality care over corporate volume. We strictly limit our clinic flow to only 2 follow-up patients per hour , ensuring every individual receives focused, high-quality care without the stress of a high-volume assembly-line environment. Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of the lead Physical Therapist. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists, ensuring patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions. Assist in also with measurement taking of mobility, strength, and functional capabilities. Support discharge planning processes by providing progress updates and collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth transitions of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation standards within electronic health records (EHR) systems, including treatment notes and progress reports. Work with geriatric patients, adult patients, orthopedics, and other specialties to deliver tailored rehabilitation services. Engage in patient care activities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques like trigger point therapy, and mobility training. Collaborate effectively with DPTs, physicians, healthcare colleagues and other team members to develop comprehensive care plans aligned with patient needs. Assist with patient outreach, physician follow-ups, and community engagement initiatives. Participate in staff meetings and staff development sessions Qualifications Valid New Jersey licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in accordance with state regulations. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care. A collaborative, flexible mindset ready to assist across all clinic operations. New graduates are welcome, and all candidates can benefit from our structured mentoring track. Bilingual skills are a strong plus, so we can better serve our diverse community. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy principles. Familiarity or willingness to learn with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems). Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including geriatrics and adult orthopedic and post-operative cases.
