Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant
  • Part-Time $19.
00 per hour | Spanish Fluency Required We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy chiropractic office. We are looking to hire ASAP and need someone who can complete training prior to covering specific October dates, followed by an ongoing part-time schedule.
REQUIRED TRAINING AVAILABILITY
Applicants must be available to train on October 16 and October 17.
REQUIRED OCTOBER COVERAGE
You must also be available for the following coverage dates: Monday, October 19: 9:30 AM
  • 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 21: 9:30 AM
  • 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM
  • 6:30 PM Friday, October 23: 9:30 AM
  • 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM
  • 5:30 PM
ONGOING SCHEDULE
After the October coverage dates, the regular schedule will be:
Wednesdays:
3:00 PM
  • 7:00
PM Saturdays:
8:30 AM
  • 12:00 PM Additional coverage hours may occasionally be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced chiropractic office .
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the chiropractor and patients on the treatment floor Scanning and handling office documents Helping with general medical office duties as needed Preparing and maintaining treatment areas Cleaning and keeping the office/treatment floor organized Assisting patients throughout their visits Helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly Working closely with the doctor and other staff members
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Spanish
  • required Previous medical office experience preferred Dependable and punctual Comfortable working directly with patients Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional Willing to assist with both patient care and office tasks Must be a team player and willing to help wherever needed Must be available for the required training and October coverage dates listed above
Pay:
$19.00 per hour We are looking for someone dependable who can jump in, learn quickly, and become a reliable part of our team. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
