Hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

7:45a-12:30p AND 2:30p-6:00p (2 hour lunch break)

Tuesday:

7:45a-12:30p AND 1:00p-4:30p

Saturday:

7:45a-11:00a

Responsibilities Perform soft tissue therapies which include mini focused-area massage work, rapid release therapy tool use and ultrasound Set patients up on therapies and check on patients through out treatment time Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes using EMR. Verify patient insurance coverage, process payments, and handle medical collections with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic confidentiality policies. Assist with clinical documentation review, coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10), and billing procedures to ensure accurate care plans and claims submission. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; provide clear information. Requirements No prior experience is required and all training is provided on site. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Previous clinic experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
