Full-Time About the Opportunity Black Owl Recruiting is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Physical Therapists while helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Administer physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Assist with maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice. Strong communication, patient care, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments. CPR certification is preferred. Pay:
$27.00 - $37.00 per hour
