In‑House Therapy — Managed On‑Site Our therapy department is fully in‑house and managed by our own leadership team , giving you a stable, collaborative environment without the turnover, shifting priorities, or productivity pressure common in contract therapy companies. You'll work directly with our nursing and therapy teams to deliver consistent, resident‑centered care. About the Opportunity As a PRN PTA, you will support our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitative care while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, communication, and meaningful work with seniors. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist Assist residents with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional activities Document treatments accurately and timely Communicate progress and concerns with the therapy team and nursing staff Support a safe, encouraging, and resident‑centered environment Requirements Current Ohio PTA license Experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset Reliability, professionalism, and compassion for the elderly population New Grads welcome!!!
