Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for residents Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the physical therapist, including exercises, activities, and other interventions Monitor resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist Maintain accurate records of resident treatment plans, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and goals Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident About the
