Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants are invited to contribute their expertise across multiple educational environments for a contract-based opportunity spanning from November 12, 2026, through February 11, 2027. Scheduled breaks include November 2227 and December 21January 3. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The role offers exposure to a variety of diverse learner needs by serving all sites within a dynamic district.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting Strong communication and teamwork abilities Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, as travel to all sites is required Ability to adapt easily to changing environments and schedules

Responsibilities Include:

Implementing student physical therapy plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists Supporting students diverse physical needs to help them access the educational environment Attending meetings as required by supervising therapists or district supervisors Documenting student progress and services provided in accordance with district and legal requirements Collaborating closely with teachers, physical therapists, and school staff to maximize student success Maintaining professional standards in all interactions and documentation
