Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel between 30 school sites required) Strong communication skills to work effectively with therapists, teachers, and families Ability to follow care plans and directions from supervising Physical Therapist Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

Implement prescribed physical therapy activities for students, supporting each individualized care plan Collaborate with Physical Therapists to monitor and document progress Travel between multiple schools to deliver services as needed throughout the week Attend meetings if required to coordinate student care and participate in evaluations Assist in preparing equipment and materials to support therapy sessions

Schedule & Details:

Contract spans from November 12, 2026, to February 11, 2027 Standard work hours: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch No work during the following breaks: November 2227, December 21January 3 Potential for required meetings on occasion Make a difference in students educational journeys while developing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
