Physical Therapist Assistant Harmony Physical Therapy, LLC Fleetwood, PA Job Details Part-time | PRN $23 - $28 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Anatomy knowledge Patient interaction Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Medical terminology Full Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant - 1:1 Patient Care Responsibilities Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care and treatment Implement treatment plans under the guidance of the physical therapist Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the physical therapist Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function Assist with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Experience Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation Knowledge of occupational health practices and protocols Strong patient care skills and ability to provide compassionate care Understanding of human anatomy and physiology Experience in acute care settings is a plus Familiarity with trigger point therapy is a plus As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with the physical therapist to provide personalized care and treatment plans.
