We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist with a diverse set of skills who is energetic, enthusiastic, and always willing to help others.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in an appropriate, professional manner. Qualify incoming calls, determine nature of the call, and select the appropriate response. Perform filing and clerical tasks. Track pre-authorizations and visit limits. Collect patient payments and balance daily daysheet. Schedule appointments by answering telephone and communicating with patients. Verify insurance benefits and communicate to patient. Provide excellent customer service and assure a pleasant visit to patients. Ordering office supplies and in house inventory of resale products. •Must be willing to crosstrain on back office assistance job duties and perform either job. Assist with light daily housekeeping. Minimal.
