We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Warren Center. As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you will assist our licensed physical therapists in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, as directed by the physical therapist Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Participate in patient education and training programs to promote independence and empowerment Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
