Front Office & Administrative:

Greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive Keeping the reception and front office area tidy and professional Scheduling patients Updating and entering data into computer systems General administrative and clerical duties

Therapy & Clinical Support:

Assisting patients through therapy modalities as directed by the doctor Helping guide patients through exercises and therapies Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient therapy area Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

Preferred Background:

Customer service experience (retail, restaurant, banking, etc.) is a plus—but the biggest must-have is a positive attitude and a heart for helping people . How to
