Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant, Full Time Tri-State East Tennessee, LLC. is a locally and privately-owned outpatient physical therapy company. We have been partnered with Summit Medical Group since 2011 and represent the clinical staff (PTs/PTAs) for their 9 outpatient PT clinics located in the East Tennessee Region. We offer very competitive compensation and benefits that include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CEU reimbursement, matching retirement plan, paid holidays, LTD insurance, and a potential sign-on bonus. In addition to a base salary, we also have a generous monthly performance bonus structure that offers signficant increased income opportunity. We are currently seeking a full-time PT for our outpatient clinic located West Knoxville, TN at our Cedar Bluff location. Our patient population consists of 90%+ musculoskeletal conditions. Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to improve mobility and function. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong foundation in patient care and anatomy knowledge Proficient in medical terminology and physiology Skilled in outpatient services and orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation
