Job Description

Provide skilled Physical Therapy to patients in their homes under direction from the Registered Physical Therapist . Together with the PT, instruct the patient and family and assist in teaching exercise programs to the patient and family. Following Therapy plan of care as directed by PT, perform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises. Home Health experience a plus!
